Kids love coming to church at LLP!
Have kids? No worries, we’ve got you covered. Living Light of Peace Church offers a program for kids ages 3 to 6th grade.
We believe this is not just babysitting – it’s leadership development. At Living Light of Peace Church, we focus on raising up the next generation of leaders who will change the world for the Kingdom. We are all in at LLP Kids. Our pastors are Kids Pastors first. Kids is one of our highest priorities at Living Light of Peace Church – because we believe in raising up the next generation.
All kids are welcome to come worship with us in our Sanctuary. During each week we dedicate a time for all children to listen to a story / short lesson with the rest of the church. After that they are taken upstairs with one of our LLP Kids volunteers to learn about the stories in the Bible, retelling or acting out the stories, doing crafts and playing games. Our kids love coming to church and my granddaughter often asks to go to church several times each week to see her friends.

What We Teach @ LLP Kids
Biblically Based
We have created a curriculum that will walk your kids through the Bible (in book order) over the course of two years so that they will have a firm foundation.
Age Appropriate
The stories are told through crafts, flannel-graph pictures and other media to keep the kid’s attention and explain concepts so the kids can understand.
Peace Focused
We are a peace church and focus on how our kids can react to hard things in the world in a way that reflects a commitment to non-violent responses.
A note about privacy: We value our children so you will never see an image of any of our kid’s faces from the front on public facing pages.
Our Goal: Raise up World-Changers
Your kids will experience an age appropriate lesson that will teach them about God and His love for them. The teaching is interactive and utilizes multiple approaches for different learning styles.
The goal at LLP Kids is to raise up world-changers who understand who Jesus is and how that changes their lives. And, they’ll have a ton of fun!
